GENERAL OVERVIEW
(Will be followed by what is in store for each of the 12 Zodiac Signs)
The planet Jupiter spends about a year in one Zodiac Sign and takes around 12 years to move through the whole 12 Zodiac Signs. This 12-year
cycle creates an era in people’s lives. There are times when Jupiter and Pluto occupy the same Zodiac Sign, as Jupiter is beginning its journey in a new sign.
Then 12 years later, Jupiter and Pluto actually link up in that same Zodiac Sign. This is a Jupiter/Pluto era and because of Pluto being involved there is a
strong degree of transformation (the Pluto component). One such era in the Zodiac sign of Sagittarius, began in 1995 and finished in December 2007. As
Sagittarius is Jupiter’s own sign, this represented an era of tremendous growth. Sagittarius is also a sign that has no boundaries and as we have seen
during 2008, the sub prime money market, amongst other things, developed in a huge way without boundaries (or rules and regulations) during this 12-year
period. This has now affected the whole world (Jupiter) in a massive (Pluto) way.
The reason the affect was felt during 2008 was because we began a Capricorn Era with both Jupiter and Pluto having entered this Zodiac Sign in 2008. Capricorn
is quite the opposite of Sagittarius because Capricorn is a sign of creating boundaries. So as Capricorn always follows Sagittarius in the Zodiac, whatever has
gone too far with Sagittarius, is reigned in during Capricorn and placed within boundaries. This Capricorn Era will remain in effect until 2020 when both
Jupiter and Pluto will link up in Capricorn. In this time we will no doubt see many more rules and regulations (Capricorn) put in place so this does not
happen again. These two eras of Sagittarius and Capricorn have never been experienced in any person’s life that is living and will never be experienced again.
This is unique. One facet of this uniqueness is that the whole world is involved.
Capricorn is a sign of responsibility, limitation and practicality. With Capricorn comes a strong sense of responsibility to do the most
practical thing. It seems the only right thing to do. Pluto, which is involved in creating both the Sagittarius and Capricorn eras went back and returned to
the sign of Sagittarius between the 15th June and 27th November 2008.
When planets go back to a Zodiac Sign they have recently occupied they finalise matters of that period. This is when matters, developed with a complete lack of boundaries, during the previous 12 years of the Sagittarian Era, broke down, in the form
of the financial breakdown because the Capricorn Era had begun to impose its boundaries. The response to actions taken in the Sagittarian Era with a complete
lack of responsibility (as can be seen now) was brought to bear with Capricorn. This type of activity can always be relied upon with Capricorn. The great skill
of Capricorn though is to be able to face great difficulty and turn it around by applying a consistent down to earth and practical approach. If this attitude is
embraced by the world, it gives much hope for the world to be turned around from now to 2020.
To do this, limitations, which can include rules and regulations, need to be imposed. We will no doubt experience many things becoming regulated during this
Capricorn era. Climate change will obviously be a major part of this.
Each year within a 12-year era has a different mode of activity. The first 3 years of a new 12 year era are rather experimental in that the energies are not
of the nature to set things up for the long term – the 4th year tends to do that.
2008 was the 1st Year of the Capricorn Era. The 1st Year brings the changes that set the stage for the altered way of life
of the new era. It does not, however, give any clear impression of the solutions. All that is evident is what will no longer be part of the future that was
very much involved in the theme of the previous 12-year era. What is left behind is meant as a positive for the new cycle, although it may not always seem
that way at the time.
2009 will be the 2nd Year of the Capricorn Era. This will begin on the 7th January 2009 and continue until 19th January 2010.
The 2nd Year has a stabilising effect, particularly on a financial level. The underlying energy is that of caution, slow progress and little change, except for
maintaining stability, once things are decided upon. This 2nd Year has a high level of compatibility with the Capricorn Era itself. So that those who can
accept a steady and plodding pace will be quite content. Those who are seeking lots of change and quick growth won’t be happy with the year at all.
2010 will be the 3rd Year of the Capricorn Era. It begins on the 19th January 2010 and will operate in a single-handed
manner until June 2010. Between June 2010 and late January 2011 the 3rd and 4th Years of the Capricorn Era will interweave. After the plodding constraints
of the 2nd Year, the 3rd Year encourages swift change with the idea of making life a lot more interesting. Security seems to be there after the 2nd Year,
so change does not seem to pose a threat. There can be so much going on at once that all the details are not fully comprehended and nor is there a desire to
get involved in such boring routine. The greater the change away from the ordinary, the more appealing it is. If caution of the 2nd Year is maintained,
this 3rd Year is excellent for becoming aware of new ideas that could be implemented into the foundation laying process that takes place in the 4th Year.
If caution is thrown to the wind then any full embrace of change to something new and exciting will not last. It will prove disappointing. All of this will
be particularly so in the first 6 months of 2010.
The 4th Year of the Capricorn Era will begin to interweave with the 3rd Year during early June until mid September 2010. This
can create a sense that focus on future security and stability for the long term (or rest of the era) needs some attention. As well, in this period,
Uranus,the planet of sudden change will move into Aries from late May to mid August 2010, beginning the finishing up of its 7 year cycle in Pisces,
where it has been since 2003.
Aries, being the natural first sign of the 12 Zodiac Signs always has a “new” impetus about it. Uranus only comes into Aries once every 84 years,
for a 7-year period. This will certainly herald a new (Aries) and innovative (Uranus) approach to the things that need to change, particularly on a larger scale.
Sudden and unexpected events can arise that will quickly bring an awareness that future security needs to be taken more seriously. Those who are wise will
begin to realise that a solid foundation needs to be put in place, without doubt, in an innovative way. This may also be the true beginning of countries in
the world coming to some sort of agreement on the approach to take in relation to climate change. From mid September 2010 onwards there will be much to
think about and discuss based on the many changes that the earlier periods in 2010 would have brought.
2011 will have the 4th Year of the Capricorn Era operate exclusively from 23rd January until 7th June. This will be a very
important period in the whole Capricorn Era. Whatever is accepted and acted upon in this time will form the foundation of the Capricorn Era. It will be the
time that matters get bedded down, even though they may still take a few years to be completely implemented. In mid March 2011 Uranus
will settle into Aries for 7 years, heralding the start of a whole new world for every Zodiac Sign in different ways.
From early April to early August 2011, Neptune, the planet that brings to the surface the underlying truth, will change from Aquarius,
where it has been since 1998 and move into its own sign of Pisces. Neptune’s full cycle is 165 years. This means it has been this long since
it has previously been in Pisces. Because of this it creates once in a lifetime circumstances. Planets are
more comfortable in their own Zodiac Sign and although Neptune will not settle into Pisces until 2012, it will begin to make its mark during 2011 with its short
visit in Pisces. Neptune will spend 14 years in Pisces once it stays.
Neptune is the planet representing the ocean of life of which every single person is a part. We might appear to be separate from one another but we are all
invisibly linked. This is why people affect one another. Neptune represents this invisible linking. Once Neptune settles in its own sign of Pisces, a much
stronger awareness of the requirement of total unity will very likely encompass most of the world. People will realise that pulling together will be the only
way to solve whatever problems the world has but this will also happen on a smaller scale, including personal,in many and varied situations.
Uranus moving through Pisces since 2003 has already begun this process to a degree but this attitude will become much stronger and
perhaps more comfortable to accept once Neptune enters it own sign of Pisces and stays there. The Capricorn Era will add to this mixture a strong sense of
responsibility. Together, this can have a very positive influence.
So as you can see, the massive changes that have occurred during 2008 have their purpose in shocking people into paving the way for a new world. The financial
ease of the last 12 years of the Sagittarian Era seems taken away. This has allowed and encouraged a high level of indulgence at many levels but this is not
what life, in the long term, is really all about. Many people have to re-assess their plans and look at life from a more practical base now the Capricorn Era
has come into effect. Resources, both financial and the earth’s, do play a strong role in our world. Financial resources are not negative, as they are very
necessary to enable progress. Learning the true value of resources (including money) in life is something every individual generally contemplates at some stage
of their life. The events of 2008 have pretty much got the whole world contemplating this now.
The world will not change back to what we have been
experiencing. Getting things onto a stable footing will take these next few years (as above). 2012 is the turning point. There are other philosophies
that are quoting the same period of time. To me, it seems it will be the end of the old world, as we have known it and the beginning of a new world, where
unity is most necessary and hopefully much more accepted. One of the greatest tools for creating unity could be the carbon-trading scheme for correcting
climate change. If every individual is included in this it will spread the wealth. It will mean that those people who either need or choose to indulge in
activities that create a carbon footprint will have to rely on those people who don’t. I think we can afford to have great faith in this Capricorn Era to get
this world on a more stable footing.
This year, 2009, Jupiter will come together with Neptune, in the humanitarian sign of Aquarius. This can greatly increase
(Jupiter) the general level of compassion (Neptune) people have for one another. As Neptune is the planet associated with bringing matters to the surface,
this could happen in a big way through Jupiter, especially with situations that lack justice or where the truth has been hidden. On a personal level, this
combination will affect Aquarian’s born between the 12th and 15th February. Aquarian’s in general may find themselves to be much more
emotional and less logical with this combination operating in their sign. It may encourage Aquarian’s to be less detached which may make other people wonder
what is happening to them. This lesser level of detachment can also affect humanity as a whole and this could be a good thing. As Neptune is the water planet
and Jupiter the planet of increase, this combination can create increases with water. Higher levels of rainfall, flooding, melting of the ice etc. are
possibilities. This will be particularly so when these two planets are exactly together in late May, early July and mid to late December 2009.
Also in 2009 Jupiter will link with Saturn, the planet of limitation and responsibility in a manner that requires a lot of
adjustment mainly because things won’t fit together easily. Because Jupiter is in Aquarius it will want to be free and independent but Saturn still in Virgo
will require details (Virgo) to be seen to responsibly (Saturn). These two things are at cross- purposes but will have to be coped with. Being prepared to
deal with the less appealing option of details and finer points will be the way to open the door to independence and freedom. This energy pattern will affect
everybody in general but especially the Aquarian’s (mentioned above) and Virgo’s born from 14th to 23rd September.
Continuing in 2009 will be an opposing connection between Saturn, the conservative and traditional planet, with Uranus, the non-conformist,
rebellious, alternative planet. This connection was exact on the USA Election day last year with the result that the greater majority of people decided to
oppose the conservative and take on a leader who does not conform at all to what has normally been the case. A general sense of wanting to break away from
limiting situations that have been in place for a long period of time to such an extent that they have become outmoded will be felt, most likely with a
strong streak of rebellion. In many instances, this is likely to be quite valid in that old ways have to be let go of for the new ways to emerge. This is
very evident on a worldwide scale. But there can also be other instances where there will be pure and simple rebellion in an attempt to break a stable
pattern that rules and regulations are putting in place. These two alternatives need to be well considered by everybody but especially with Virgo’s
(mentioned above) and Piscean’s born between 12th and 17th March. The two periods in 2009, when this energy will be strongly felt,
are early February and mid September.
Saturn, the practical, focus on reality and rather non-emotional planet will also form a connection of adjustment and endings that begins
in 2009 to Neptune, the planet of sacrifice, high levels of emotion and often a lack of reality. Primarily Saturn’s energy will bring to bear
the need to focus in a more real manner to circumstances where things have been looked at or developed without practicality or perhaps where an unreal level
of sacrifice has become part of the process. Any lack of reality will be brought to an end. Oddly enough it could feel that what has seemed real has been
taken away. This could actually produce practical insight into the way something truly exists, what is really at the basis and not what has appeared to be
at the basis. This might involve some shocks initially that could be quite depressive. The important thing is not to stay in this state but to utilise the
practicality of Saturn to structure things in such a way that any sacrifice made is to transform a situation for the peace and security of many and not have
the wrong sacrifices made just to suit a few. Virgo’s and Aquarian’s will experience this strongly but it will affect everybody in general.
The exact connection occurs in mid September 2009 but will carry over to mid 2010.
All in all, 2009 can be a year where many truths are uncovered, paving the way for new developments based on completely changed levels of awareness.

ARIES
(Born between 21st March & 20th April)
You will tend to look back over the last 10 years of your life and what you have done in that time. After the increased responsibilities of last year you will
now assess what is important to maintain and take into your future and what you need to work towards letting go. There is a great deal of opportunity you can
take advantage of but it could be easily lost if you are not prepared to make whatever adjustments are necessary to take care of the details correctly. Up to
the 22nd April, you can experience mixed emotions, as well as a great deal of frustration because of many matters being held up or moving slowly. February
can bring a sense of things beginning to balance out. The past can seem to be repeating itself during March into mid April. This is a time when you might
need to sort out relationship or financial issues that have been previously left incomplete. Be patient. On 22nd April you begin a new 2-year personal cycle.
Your energy level will lift and so will your self-confidence. You can feel more balanced by early June. You can change much about yourself and your immediate
circumstances to late August. From then to mid October you are in a good position to put a solid foundation in place. In November & December you will feel
much more appreciated.

TAURUS
(Born between 21st April & 20th May)
Responsibilities will increase, most especially from February to mid March. This can result in elation, if it happens to give you a sense of increased
accomplishment or recognition, or else disappointment if it seems something you are forced to accept. This can hinder social activity although of late,
that has likely had certain limitations anyway. Your approach to what should be your priorities will be easy going during January with a sense you can
float along during February. Unbeknown to you initially, things can begin to change from March. You could feel certain about decisions you make from
mid to late April only to find that you need to rethink your position between mid May and mid June. Early June sees you beginning a new 2-year personal
cycle with which matters begin to move forward swiftly. You will sense this has to lead to eventually getting things organised in a stable manner.
That seems evident by mid October but instead of taking the usual couple of months you will experience situations going back and forth without coming
to a final resting point that is known until early June 2010. Your long-term future goals can seem completely transformed which is something you could
take a while to adjust to, although it can prove very beneficial.

(Born between 21st May & 20th June)
You can feel a strong sense of relief from the pressure of expectations someone has had of you in 2008. It is only one level of release that will
allow you to gain, during 2009, a clear impression of the goals you are capable of accomplishing long term. You will however, need to get used to very
strong and intense desires of others long term – it will be part of your life. Breaking with tradition is possible as long as you have good reason to
do so or have a stable base in place. You could feel strongly about developing a future that has more transparency connected to it. May, June and July
is for decision-making, although things will not be as straightforward as you would like, causing many changes of plan. It will be from mid June to early
July that ideas will become clear. Then you begin a new 2-year personal cycle in mid July that will stimulate your self-confidence and lift your energy
level. Much will go ahead to mid October. Then you will open yourself up to alternatives. This can go on until June 2010 before you finally begin
to settle down to the best way to get a stable foundation in place. November and December 2009 can begin to inject some benefit if you utilise your
creativity in a practical manner. Risks can pay off but you mustn’t forget the responsibilities attached.

(Born between 21st June & 22nd July)
Until mid March there will be a lot of activity involving other people. This can strongly distract you from your own affairs. If your work or business involves
you with the public in any way, you will certainly be in demand. It could also be a time where you learn a lot about what others expect from you in all sorts of
circumstances in your life. You have to get used to other people wanting to exert their power, even to the point of possessing you, as this will be in effect
for a long time yet. Your vision of the future has had a strong independent theme since 2003. Last year put you through a learning process when it comes to
what you should and should not discuss. Be sure you practice what you have learnt this year. You could feel you are gaining respect from late April to mid
July. Between then and late August you need to be alert to underlying jealousy or people who have a hidden agenda. This is a time to reflect upon those
around you. From 26th August you begin a new 2-year personal cycle that can provide new opportunities through to mid October. This can result in much
consideration as to what you value at a personal level. This will go on until June 2010 and you could be surprised at reversals you experience.
November & December give the first glimpse of stable foundations you will be able to put into place for the long term.

(Born between 23rd July & 22nd August)
Any mystery you have been experiencing with others could be solved this year, mainly because they will begin to express themselves more openly. What you need
to pay attention to are any big differences between things you and they consider important in life. On this score you could find yourself much more conservative
or security conscious. As the year begins and up until March, communication from others is very strongly stimulated. What they think or plans they are willing
to make can start out one way and then change to something else. For this reason you should resist responding to anything too quickly, especially on a personal
level. As well in this period - from February to late April, others will pursue you, both on a personal and/or professional level. From June you will be in
a much better position to make some sort of commitment. You need to pull back and contemplate from late August to mid October in preparation for a new 2-year
personal cycle. From then to the end of the year, matters will move swiftly only to find you re-assessing as 2010 begins. You will not entirely solve and
settle the actions you are prepared to take until mid 2010. By that stage you will feel you can make decisions that will prove both reliable and well
balanced.

VIRGO
(Born between 23rd August & 22nd September)
You will continue to experience the need to take responsibility for your own position in any situations that involve you. The question can be whether you need
to be accepting more responsibility or whether you need to teach others to take on what should be their own responsibilities and not yours. Any rebellion or
desire for greater independence that others might have started to project your way from late 2008 can step up a notch or two. They could get rather aggressive
about this from mid March to early June while at the same time behave as if they have your best interests at heart. The more confident you can become about the
level of commitment you can and will make, the greater will be the level of respect you will receive from others. Much insight can be gained from early August
to mid October. Your state of health will be strongly tied into your level of confidence when it comes to dealing with others. Good health relates to
self-assurance and bad health to a lack of it. You can easily gain more weight in either circumstance, during the year. However, with Saturn still in
your sign it will be quite possible to inject some self discipline, particularly in relation to diet. On the exercise side, you will be more inclined to be
lazy. This can be modified though.

LIBRA
(Born between 23rd September & 22nd October)
You continue to remain in a situation where there is a strong sense that things need to come to an end so that life can begin a new path. It will be in November
and December that you will get the first taste of moving into a new 30-year personal cycle. In preparation for this you should take advantage of opportunities
that will exist this year to enjoy yourself. If you have had any inclination at all to take up an interest that will develop your creativity, now is the time
to do something about it. From this you can derive a great deal of satisfaction as well as pleasure and enjoyment. A marked increase in social activity is
likely to occur this year. This could be initially activated from early February to mid March. This can result in some relationships developing that will
have a long-term component. During March to mid April someone from the past may emerge or you may discover present associations have some connection to people
from your past. From late April to mid July others will be strongly focussed on the things they want. Included in this may be what they expect from you.
Your thoughts need to be centred on your own position during September and October. You might realise things are not as straightforward as you hoped but
realisations can emerge.

SCORPIO
(Born between 23rd October & 21st November)
As the year begins a strong determination to harness your power of mind can be present. There will be much opportunity over many years to persist with this
that could result in gaining understanding that is very much beyond the comprehension of many. Something you have been seeking to discover about yourself or
the foundations you should put in place in your life can suddenly become clear. A drive to take action and do something constructive during February to mid
March for getting matters in place can provide the initial stimulus that brings things to the surface. Something or someone that you love can encourage you
to take risks you wouldn’t usually consider by breaking your normal pattern of behaviour up to late April. This will be in opposition to a conventional tone
tied into your view of priorities in life. Much discussion or questioning of this could take place with friends or associates from August to mid September.
Out of this you can come to realise what needs to be a priority where self-satisfaction is concerned. Others will take the initiative from June to late August.
Taking action towards commitment can begin from mid October but not fully complete itself until mid June 2010 because of something needing review from December
to March 2010.

SAGITTARIUS
(Born between 22nd November & 21st December)
You come into the year with having just begun a new 2-year cycle. As a result you will be going through levels of personal change to mid March when you will get
to the stage of putting foundations of some description in place up until late April. After all the change you have been experiencing in big ways since 1995, this
year will be the first stage of feeling as though you have got things under the sort of control that will take situations of importance down the path you desire.
Persistence will be the key and because this is not a strong quality of your nature, you will have to keep yourself focussed in this manner. Your skills to put
ideas forward will be highly accentuated. Something that you haven’t been able to get your mind around can become very clear and make a lot more sense.
Expressing the truth of a matter will seem important but you should consider whether it is the wisest course of action. You can find yourself in situations where
you will want to put a more innovative basis in place but will meet opposition from those who want things to stay the same. Rather than meeting them head on
you would be better to use your creative mind and innovative basis to find more subtle ways around their resistance. Succeeding this way can be a lot more fun.

CAPRICORN
(Born between 22nd December & 19th January)
You start the year with a new 2-year personal cycle having just begun. This one though is like no other you have had in your life. You will have a deep sense
that life is going to change in a big way and so it can. Of all the 12 Zodiac Signs, it is Capricorn that has a remarkable pattern of concentrated energy that
has completely stabilised this year and will remain in effect until 2011. This began in 1984 and has taken this long to completely form. It injects much power
and strength on a personal level, so that anything you are determined to do can be accomplished. Your natural abilities provide you with all the necessary
qualities to make the most of these opportunities. This new 2-year cycle will bring much activity into your life requiring your involvement up to 22nd April.
From then until early June you move into the next stage of getting a foundation in place for future development. This can give a feeling of having to get
things sorted out so that you are ready to go with whatever prospects life presents. This would also be a good time to get things done around the home and
give attention to family. During this year, you can gain surprising insight into what is of greatest importance to you. You can do very well financially
but do not be tempted to take financial risks with matters you know very little about.

AQUARIUS
(Born between 20th January & 18th February)
No longer are you held back. You begin a new 12-year personal cycle this year which is like no other 12-year cycle previously experienced in your life.
Aquarius is logical which is more of a mental process. “Feelings” have been part of your learning processes since 1997. This year brings you to a peak of
experience on this level, allowing you to comprehend what have been hidden practices in many situations around you. When you begin a new 2-year personal
cycle in early February much of this can be set in motion. This will be a time when your level of self-confidence will raise dramatically. Be determined to
focus on yourself from February to June. From June to mid July you can feel you have become untangled in some way and can make some plans. You will be
continuously adjusting to people whose desires remain conservative or restrictive. It might be the first time you see them for what they are. Be aware
that they can have a powerful underlying determination to maintain control. There may not be much you can do about it except be aware, while continuing to
focus on your own needs. From mid October right through to June 2010 can be the time that more open confrontation will take place. That is when to prepare
yourself to battle for your rights.

PISCES
(Born between 19th February & 20th March)
This year can give a sense of taking one step forward but two steps back, mainly because you will be finishing off a 12-year personal cycle. This will hold
you back in many ways, as there will be a need to get rid of or let go of matters in preparation for your new 12-year cycle in 2010. Your “tuning-in” ability
will be unsurpassed. This might also mean you will dream a lot more or have different types of dreams to normal. If you want answers to things, you will have
to escape from the hustle and bustle of life and give yourself some quiet time for proper contemplation. It is a very good year for this type of activity.
This will be difficult though when you begin a new 2-year cycle in mid March that will create a lot of activity through to mid July. This is the period to
put your energy into matters you want to create some result with at the time because your energy level will be at its highest then. People who have some sort
of authority can be difficult to deal with in situations where you want to do something out of the ordinary. They may not appreciate the more up to date
methods or means you would like to embrace. You could become very restless in any long-term associations that have followed a predictable path. You could
begin to seriously question whether it has a future.
