TAROT LESSONS

Tarot is very interesting to learn. Although the general opinion of Tarot is that is very mysterious and hidden, it is really extremely practical and logical.

It is basically a study showing how thinking does the creating and determines the experiences in life. It will help you, at an individual level, to understand the processes of your own thinking patterns and to alter them, if necessary, for better results. It will also give you a greater understanding of other people and their thinking patterns, also why certain things happen.

Everything in life is a matter of realisation and once you come to a realisation, you are enlightened and ready to make some plans or decisions. Tarot clearly shows the state of affairs. Once you see this, you have got a good starting point for making plans or sorting out problems.

The Tarot is the Hebrew Alphabet. The basis of Tarot is Astrology and Numerology. The first step in learning Tarot is to gain a good understanding of the 22 Major Cards (representing the letters of the Hebrew Alphabet). The written lessons are a thorough explanation of the meanings of these cards. There is one full lesson for each one of the Major Tarot Cards. Any knowledge of Astrology will prove extremely helpful in understanding The Tarot as these 22 letters of the Hebrew Alphabet represent the 12 Zodiac Signs and the 10 Planets of our Solar System.

Each lesson is about 10 pages and explains the meaning of all the detail in the picture of each Tarot Card. It also explains what meaning the Tarot Card has in a reading of The Tarot Cards.

You may purchase these lessons whenever it suits you to do so. It does not matter what length of time you wish to take with your learning. You may also choose to buy the whole course of the 22 Major Cards at a $33 discount. If you attend the classes you can purchase the lessons, one at a time, for $11 each (including GST).

The only way to understand what The Tarot is really telling you is to learn it properly. This takes a certain amount of dedication and persistence, just as anything does if you want to become proficient. This will give you a sense of calmness about life and also the knowledge of the best way to manage situations that present themselves. It is very worthwhile knowledge to gain.

The classes you have the option to attend are 2 hour sessions, held once a month on a Saturday morning or afternoon. The cost is $55 (including GST) for each class. You pay as you go.

The classes are specifically for learning Tarot Layouts. You will need to purchase a reference book, written by myself, explaining how to interpret each Tarot Card's position in a particular type of layout. This book costs $25. You can make notes on the meanings of Tarot Cards that come up in the readings during each lesson. It would be wise to compile a reference journal of your own from these notes. This information will come in handy and you can add to it as time goes on.

While attending the classes it would be to your benefit to purchase the printed Tarot lessons on the 22 Major Arcana for reading and reference. These printed lessons will stimulate further enlightenment. With each reading of them, as you progress, you will find they will help you to understand the meanings of the specific Tarot card more and more.

At the present moment I am writing modules on other subjects which form an integral part of The Tarot - namely Numbers (Numerology), The Kabbalah and The Tree of Life, Colours, Symbolism, as well as the Minor Arcana. All of these facets are completely interwoven in The Tarot. Being in a position to analyse each sector is an invaluable mental exercise and gives much more depth of understanding.

The Pictorial Key to The Tarot is written by Arthur Edward Waite, who was responsible for the design of the Tarot Deck you will be studying. This book gives an explanation of the meaning of each of the 78 Tarot Cards in the deck. It also has many layouts for using The Tarot in predicting.        $22, including GST

Numerology & the Divine Triangle combines Tarot, Astrology and Numerology. I highly recommend this book for extra reading material. It is well written and easily understood. There is an extremely good predictive system, based on Numerology, explained in the book, which can be linked to each individual Tarot Card. There is a general interpretation as well as predictive interpretation for each of the 78 Tarot Cards.            $33, including GST

Tarot Card Layouts is written by myself. This is a thorough explanation of the position of each Tarot Card in different layouts. The layouts include:
The Cutting of the Cards
(This is a 3 card layout that can be practiced daily)

(Generally used for a 12 month period but can also show the 12 stages of a matter)

7 Spiritual Laws of Success(hardcover) is an explanation of 7 basic principles that apply through all of life. These 7 principles have been known by the wise since the beginning of time. Each principle is ruled by one of the 7 Sacred Planets (the planets in the Solar System that man can see with the naked eye), being Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn (which are all represented by one of the Tarot Cards in the Major Arcana). This book explains how to use each law in its most positive aspect. By following the advice you can change your manner of dealing with life, whether or not you decide to study Tarot.
